Le Gandine

In the hamlet of Siviano, in the heart of Monte Isola, there is an oasis of peace and timeless beauty: the Gandine. This locality is characterized by its 120 olive trees arranged on various terraces, but even more by its enchanting view of the southern shore of Lake Iseo.

Thanks to the unique microclimate of the lake island of Monte Isola, the olive groves of the Gandine (and other places on the island) produce olives of the highest quality. From these, a superior category of extra virgin olive oil with a unique flavor is extracted.

Since 2018, the Sambusida Samuele farm, which specializes in the production of extra virgin olive oil in the municipality of Monte Isola, has continued to pass on this tradition of taste and quality. From here comes an exclusive extra virgin olive oil.

Since 2024 Le Gandine has opened an oil tourism in the Siviano olive grove, where it is possible to taste the precious green gold of Monte Isola, accompanying it with local specialties, within a unique and serene atmosphere, which only the simplicity of nature can donate. Reservation required.
